It looks like Sig is now making the Compacts with the 3.9" barrel rather than the earlier 3.6" version. Even then the Compact was but .2" shorter in height and .3" shorter in OA length. The slide extends about a half-inch in front of the grip, but I like the look of it. Having said that I believe the 320RX variants are being discontinued in favor of the X line.
