I was able to do it today, pretty early on (lvl ~25) before joining the Dawnguard using some Fire Storm scrolls, lightning resist potions, and fire enchanted items/magic/shout. I was getting 2 hit with full dragon armor so it's tough, took me a few tries and the entire manor got blown apart from the scrolls lmao. 2. Even more so. Even more so.
